CROSSFIT

 It combines the work of all physical abilities with strength, cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting exercises. Sessions that adapt to different levels and objectives so that everyone can enjoy them.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Class focused on teaching Olympic lifts such as the snatch and clean. Sessions to perfect the technique and improve the strength of this type of movements.

If your goal is to do a CrossFit class at a good level, we recommend that you first go through sessions of this class.

GYMNASTIC

 Class focused on working on exercises with your own body weight, from pull-ups and dips to muscle ups and handstand walks

FULL STRENGTH

Class in which different types of strength are worked on and is designed to work on pulling, pushing and lifting exercises using your entire body (upper and lower body).

C & S

Class primarily designed to improve and enhance your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with combined strength and cardio exercises. Ideal for all those people who are starting out in this world.

MOBILITY

Class to improve your mobility, flexibility and body control. Ideal for preventing injuries, enhancing exercise technique and improving your body health.

If your goal is to do a CrossFit class at a good level, we recommend that you first go through sessions of this class.

INVERTED

Combination of all positions, keeping your body inverted, such as handstand, headstand and bridge. Ideal for improving your body proprioception, your balance, your strength and your flexibility.
